Hill's impressive career is marked by his role as an FAA Part 107 and Transport Canada- Advanced RPAS Pilot, with over 5500+ hours of UAS flight time and 7400+ incident-free missions flown as Pilot-in-Command. His experience spans a wide range of missions on land, in the air, and at sea, including aerial mappings, telecom inspections, wind turbine inspections, oil & gas inspections, critical infrastructure inspections, search and rescue missions, international UAV cargo deliveries, and underwater inspections of critical infrastructure.

As an uncrewed aviation consultant, Hill has helped organizations integrate Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) vehicles into their industries. He has developed training curricula for workforce development within several organizations and school districts around the country and is a regular speaker at community and industry events on the advancements of uncrewed technology.

Hill's commitment to the industry extends to his volunteer work as Chairperson for the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), UAS Taskforce- Legislative & Policy Committee, and as a member of both the Texas HB2340- Public Safety UAS committee and the Texas SB763- AAM Committee. In these roles, he educates politicians, government officials, and large businesses, helping to develop UAS and AAM policies and procedures and change regulations in Texas.

Currently, as Regional Director of Business Development for Volatus Aerospace, Hill leads large UAV cargo projects and works with companies to solve their middle-mile delivery challenges.
